We will now be looking into the book of Genesis, Chapter 2. Starting from
2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
God who made heaven and earth rested after His work and that's why He commanded us somewhere in the bible to rest on the 7th day of the week which happens to be Sunday. God knows the need to sleep and its effectiveness. A lot of people have caused for themselves different kinds of unknown sickness all because they are not taking time to rest.
Brethren, No matter how little, let's always take some time to rest and have a good sleep. I pray we won't regret this in Jesus name.
2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
