Obedience is the key to receiving certain blessing from God. God requires each of his child to obey Him just the same way each parents wants their children to obey them. A disobedient child never receives blessings from his parents.
So many of us have missed our miracles, healing, blessing that God has prepared for us on the altar of disobedience. Let’s take a look at our text in Luke 5:3-6
The focal point is verse 5 which says:
"Nevertheless at thy word i will let down the net"
Just a single act of obedience paved way for blessing they couldn't get for a whole night. Brothers and sisters the way of the lord is simple but requires obedient. The problem is how many of us are ready to obey His commandment / word?
Many of us have disobeyed him over and over again by engaging ourselves in things God have asked us not to do. Let’s take a look at another act of obedience display by a leper in Luke 6:10 where a leper was asked to stretch forth his hands.
Note: The leper had the option to disobey by not stretching his hands. Just imagine what would have happened to him. I personally believed he wouldn't have received that Miracle.
Several cases of other people who received something from God by obeying Him are well documented in the Bible.

Have you been looking unto God for one thing or the other and you haven't gotten it and you feel like does God exist? Brothers and Sisters take some time out to examine your life very well. It could just be that you aren't following God the way you should or maybe you have been disobedient to Him. No parent will like to give anything good to his/her child who is constantly disobeying Him.
Be obedient to God word, study the Bible daily to know what He wants you to do and remember one single act of obedience can turn your life around. Be obedient to God's word at all time.

It is so easy to want to blame God for not answering instead of looking at yourself. God Bless!
Its so easy to blame God when passing through some situation in life, but at times we just really need to examine our life first. To know if we are still in the race.
