Yesterday (October 30, 2018) was a unique day in my creativity hub in Uyo, Nigeria. Like I had promised the CEO/Archbishop if Steemchurch @Emiliocabrera that I will do my part in raising the freedom and love flag of the @Steemchurch in my environment, I played host to some of my friends and proteges. I told them about @Steemit and @Steemchurch (though some of them were aware). The whole thing turned to a #Steemit meet-up when @Liltom002, @Giftakpan and @Evegrace joined us. Together we raised the @Steemchurch Love and Freedom flag.
It was a nice time to educate everyone in attedance on Steem Basics and share some love and freedom stories and messages of @Steemchurch. We shared some photos which are shared below and we'll have a more official meet-up in that location too and we plan to invite others to make up to 20 members in attendance. Together, we'll soak Uyo with messages of love and freedom from @Steemchurch.
Another unique thing that happened was the onboarding of a Tech guy, Developer and Programmer @ipixel into the Steemit platform. After 5 months of persuasion, he signed up and his account was approved yesterday. I was glad to tell @ipixel aout @Steemchurch and our programmes and he had agreed to be a part of the community. This meaning I begin to pioneer some significant contributions to the technical development of Steemchurch. @Ipixel has been a personal IT consultant and currently a collaborator to my upcoming First #Development-based Steemit project. He is currently into 3D cartoon design. It will be amazing having him in our crew.
