Appropriately, God’s Word tells us: “The fear of Jehovah is the start of wisdom. Since the fear of God is fundamental to making wise decisions and receiving God’s blessings, how can we “learn to fear Jehovah” properly? Many examples of God-fearing men and women are recorded in the Scriptures “for our instruction.”To help us understand what it really means to fear God, let us reflect on the life of one of those examples, King David of ancient Israel.
