Because i am receiving an award last day for being the top performer in school.
I want to share our food for celebration.
First is kinilaw, this is my favorite food because its not easy to find fresh fish out there . I bought tbis fish to the fisherman when i was n the sea last hour. My mother also love this food, especially we cannot eat fish always.
Shrimps, the yummy shrimps. Eventhough it was expensive but we prefer to buy it because everybody loves it. But i will not eat too much of this because i have an allergy of this food.
Spicy Chiken adobo. The all time favorite of filipino people and the best recipe that my mother never forgot to cooked everytime we hava a celebration. Most of us love this food and there were foreigner who patronized this kind of food, we see some testimony in social media about some foreigner love to eat adobo.
Liempo, the not so expensive filipino food, this is delicious when we eat this with matching soy sauce and calamansi together with chili. Its very delicious also, my father love it much and also litson manok.
We have also kamoteng kahoy, just in case of rice shortage. It serve as a back up so we can still contiue to eat our delicious food.
Lat is Fruit salad. It will not be complete if no fruit salad. Because after eating those food, we are looking for something sweet. So this is nice and fit for what we need.
