It’s not a smart contract. I needed to use Hivemind to find qualified flags, so it’s something better described as an oracle.
Oopsy Daisy then I made an oopsie. I was confused when you made a post showing the steem smart contract feature, which i didnt fully read i just assumed it was... but ok now i will just say a Oracle smart contract from now on, and if anypone tries to say its not a smart contract Ill just say I dont understand iot well enough
