It's cool to see you are using the community of developers on here to find someone who can create this bot for you. Unfortunately it can't be considered as a valid task request from Utopian's side for the following two reasons:
- Task requests are meant for project owners with an already existing project to find contributors
- Utopian is all about open source, while the developed bot has to be closed source
Even if it isn't a valid task request (with regards to receiving an upvote from Utopian), I would still like to wish you good luck finding someone who can solve the task for you!
