Edit: Ah, yes. Now... after a short review i know the Guy who has (also) commented on one of your Posts. It's Spam because the guy (https://steemit.com/@rangomar99/comments) doing it only. Check his Page - no Post's. Check his Comments - all the same shit.
So, if you think this is rude of me, please familiarize yourself with a few rules as to why you should give a downvote. When I see continuous spam, I don't think it's healthy for the blockchain and make use of my right to flag something like that.
And now I still don't understand your problem...
