Here's how it'll work...
First; three Satellite Tournaments. The top SIX winners of each satellite will be given a ticket to the FINALE! The Finale will have 18 players and the winner will receive a ticket to Steem Fest AND accommodations in an Airbnb (type situation) arranged by @blocktrades and @anomadsoul!

that's a good question! @anomadsoul, can the ticket be transferred to another player?
Sure, it would be great if the winner of the tournament is the one attending Steem Fest but if for a major reason the winner can't make it then yeah, ticket transfer is possible.
