really cool idea and way to have a pre-launch party too, super neat! :) i made a little app called steemglider.app -- gonna have social profiles in it by next week, you can even fav new people you meet, perfect for meetup and gathers. i'll let you know when i've finished that part ;) have a GREAT event!

Have the city where the event will be at, after the event's name would be cool :D
