This is an interesting project with a lot of potential for good both of those who participate and Steemit as a whole.
Here's my current understanding of how this project works;
To be a participant I must make non-generic comment on all relevant posts
I can choose to upvote the posts, but this is not mandatory
Seems very straightforward, am I missing anything?
