Its a new Voteup Exchange site to increase your votes up to 100%.
What u have to do is :
log in here SteemFollower. (This is my Ref link to help me grow :D).
Click the Upvote Exchange button.
3 Voteup ONLY posts that U like.
The trick is to keep your voting power up to 80% (because if you fell below 80% your votes wont have much power).
(see my power is low so my votes are also weak).
The average votesup is about 11 per day.
