Yes. I will start it small to test.
I want to donate sbd to people who will do a certain type of volunteer work. It won't pay much, it may work best as a giveaway or contest instead, or initially, depending on the interest! :)
Well you will see from my examples that it has been done as a steemgig and it worked. The logic is tweaking what doesn't work till it works plus freedom to try new things out
