It is becoming essential to post more updates with regards to @steemgigs as we are getting closer to alpha and there is now need to increase steem power to help many.
Steemgigs is already catering to around 5000 steemians spread across mostly the developing nations and this will continue; with the numbers increasing upon the launch of the steemgigs interface. The steemgigs interface is not just a freelancing interface. It is going to be designed to remove all barriers to entry when it comes to the steem ecosystem and promote steem also as a place where "everyone has something to offer". It is an interface with a curriculum-paradigm that will keep everyone active and make them feel good as they offer themselves up lovingly to accomplish more testimonial good.
@steemgigs seeks to serve as well the large audience posed by the developing nations. We have billions of people in these nations and we know how these nations work and understand its expectation from its use of the internet, which is quite different from the expectations of users from the developing nations. @steemgigs is very much going to be designed to serve steem to these nations, stirring a rave of love and making everyone feel loved.
Sometimes stirring an air of excitement is more a solution than even finances. People still have the ability to love better or worse and even people in these places thought of as being developing. Well, at the core of our aim is to evaporate the concept of "developing or developed nations", for in our minds here at @steemgigs, we don't believe these concepts will exist in a world where "everyone has something to offer".
If we all have something to offer, then the need or desire for comparisons, competition etc will reduce; "Offer yours, i will offer mine as you can't offer mine and yours as effectively as you would offer yours and i would offer mine".
Overall, we want to create an additional atmosphere of fun, where everyone is busy, while playfully playing roles in the creation of history, be it in building their dreams or those of others.
The "SteemGigs" witness has sat up there for this sole cause as well as steemit growth. For the most part, the "steemgigs witness has sat up there for these nations to look at and draw inspiration.
I have not been able to promote my witness much though, apart from underneath posts and it has sat in the range of top 65 and top 60 since its started. I rarely do promotion as i do belong on the testimonial hard route where i like to push things on my own and with the help of brothers and swities (on their on volition and courtesy of their heartfelt love).
I also run a full public RPC node (256 GB RAM) to support the steem community of Devs and to serve especially as inspiration for the growing number of developers hailing from the developing nations. There is much talent as well when it comes to developers in these developing nations and i look to stand by them and bring them to the fore to celebrate them. Infact, i have worked with several of them in the building of @steemgigs and though it is the harder route to take and has several disappointments, setbacks and even heartaches, i have bore the consequences and stuck here. There has been loads of delays as a result but i want to be able to create testimonial evidence celebrating these ones too and unveiling the many who need a voice.
In my time with the SteemGigs community and getting to know it, many more developers have been unveiling from these developing nations have been unveiling and it is my role to keep on going.
Thus, there is need for me to take up the responsibility of writing more post updates henceforth to see if i can gradually raise the steem power of the @steemgigs account as i have not been doing this and due to my responsibilities, this is becoming ever more pertinent.
I am very keen on the reward pool and on allow others to earn, thus, i don't post except to answer to events, educate or cater to needs that need answering to (emanating from behind the scenes) e.g community matters than have happened behind the scenes and that i have not been able to tend to effectively using DMs and chats due to the high number of chats; then, i turn to writing a post.
Upon the launch of the Steemgigs interface which is one of three steem-based interfaces that we will work on, there will be so many roles and contributions and ofcourse thousands more posts designed to contribute to the growth of steem and we will look to support every contribution so much so that it is ever evident that "everyone has something to offer" and we will also support attempts and efforts and scour steemit and outside steemit for potential talents non-stop using an #untalented curriculum and we will push alot of things from the scratch and by means of the power of community, so there is utmost need to start working on increasing the steem power of the @steemgigs account, thus, the need to post more updates.
Note that; unlike conventional freelance marketplace, we have the ability with @steemgigs to also serve the search engines with hundreds to thousands of full-blown posts daily, also playing the role of a steemit post in organically promoting steem by means of the search engines. "Steem growth is a core part of the @steemgigs model!"
For months now, the entire @steemgigs steem power of abit over 3,300 has been used to support community as it has long been attached to the steemgigs discord server to serve as inspiration for close to 3,000 steemians who hangout on the server.
The power has stayed in that range for months now and can do much good to many more if it was raise. Look at how it looks on Steemd:
The power hardly gets to as high as 6 percent as it used by community and in these community even as small as a 20% in this case, does more in terms of inspiration, joy, excitement than actual financial rewards.
In the nearest future upon the launch of the steemgigs interface for testing or use, we will need more of this power.
I believe this to be my responsibility for the most part, thus, many things are done in the backgrounds without publicity. The @steemgigs witness as well has grown more organically, with not very much promotion.
Now however, i will try to post updates a bit more often, to keep the steemit community abreast on our progress with the Steemgigs interface and to get feedback and support where voluntarily given.
Once when @steemgigs was delegate power by the @ekitcho CEO of @busy.org, i was so busy supporting community, that i couldn't tend to the delegation effectively, till it ended.
@steemgigs being a tool/media that can accomplish way more testimonial impact than i can as one human, it is important that i give it importance even though its late, so that we can have far more reaching impact. Everything has been possible on this journey only by being community-driven and upon the launch of alpha version, everyone will be busy because indeed "everyone will have something to offer".
Infact, for the most part, the @steemgigs interface will start out empty, to be filled up by means of contributions from everyone. It will keep evolving gradually over time and will seek to promote everyone.
There is likelihood that we will see blog posts from different steemians regardless of location, status or SP forming core parts of the @steemgigs interface. Deep down, i am with dire hopes that we can pull this off. Curation will be made easier too as posts produced from the steemgigs interface will follow a format, allowing curators more ease when it comes to ascertaining quality of content.
We will also involve as many Steemit community as possible unveiling and publicizing more beautiful aspects of our dear steem and steemit community.
In the meantime, the "steemgigs" witness is up and running and has carried out the recent security update recommended by @steemitdev in a recent post.
It represents more than a witness and it is very much the face of every human and steemian. It has been called "steemgigs" to represent community in the real sense of the word and the full public RPC node (256GB RAM) on "wss://steemd.steemgigs.org" has existed as well to serve as a source of inspiration and as my contribution to awesome steem/steemit.

The interface of steemgigs with all your macro projects is taking a lot of your time and your resources. These are projects that benefit the entire community and that, once underway, will require a lot of voting force to sustain it. You need to publish often in this account, it is absolutely necessary. Also share it in your personal account.
