Do you wake up tired or get too tired to fall asleep? Beddit is here to provide answers to all your sleeping woes.
Beddit is a sleep sensor that is placed under your sheets. it tracks quite a number of parameters which includes sleep, sleep stages, heart rate, respiration rate, and more. You don’t have to put it on every night, just go to bed and you will sleep soundly knowing that it will be monitoring your sleep activities. You can connect to your smartphone, so you can upload your data and let your doctor know how you’re sleeping.
This Beddit sleep sensor has a 800mm extension and a width of 80mm, does not come in contact with your skin, and uses Apple iBeacon and Bluetooth 4.0 in its operation.
After the sensor tracks all of your sleeping activities it summarizes them into one unique number the SleepScore. Getting a score in the green-zone means you’ve had a good night’s sleep.

Am I right in understanding it is only for iOS? Looks very interesting none the less. I was just thinking to myself the other night how much I seem to be tossing and turning and not actually sleeping. This would be interesting to test out. Thanks for sharing!
