I guess many Steemians still pissed off what DLive to do for us, but surly they were reborn on the LINO blockchain. In terms of user numbers, I think they are struggling the loss from the transferring from Steem to LINO blockchain (especially from their poor communication strategy). But according to the platform quality, it seems much improved than before in my opinion.
These are big changes in DLive.tv now:
- Overall streaming speed has been faster more than twice (based on my personal feeling.)
- The live chat has been faster and ux-friendly.
- The leaderboard feature is been emphasised, which promotes more activities.
- The tipping system (like the previous gifting feature) becomes main upvoting feature.
- The rewards you get (LINO) do not have any financial value at this moment (the biggest change I think..? 🤣).

Well, although it was a surprise change, I think they have done it to have a more stable platform. The truth was that the reproduction quality was very slow I could almost never finish watching a video because it took a long time to load. Hopefully bring many considerable improvements.
But funny thing is they anyway didn't use IPFS. They used AWS whey they were in Steem BC. Have no idea how it gets faster in LINO now lol

Was exploring Dlive tv today looks pretty neat in terms of UI. Also, looks like currently they are offering linos' at the time of signup and change of recovery password. Didn't, explore in-terms of speed though plan is to explore Dlive tv in near future. Nice Hunt.
