Hunter's comment

Among the many everyday items, trays are one of the most commonly used. Trays are very useful when you need to move multiple objects at the same time while maintaining a stable level. When you put things on a tray and carry them, the sense of balance of the carrying person is very important. However, this routine is not going to be easy for someone such as children, old people and so on.

Sahar Madanat Design Studio designed the PushPin Tray with these people in mind.

When children or elderly people carry items on trays, they can be fixed so that things on the tray do not fall even if the tray is tilted a little.

PushPin Tray is a tray with a stable surface that can hold things like this. When you put something on this tray, the small pin grid is compressed (descended) by the weight of the object, and the uncompressed pins are made to act as walls to keep the object from moving. As soon as you lift the object, the pin will come back to its original state.

Sahar Madanat Design Studio has designed this product to help people with disabilities in their daily lives, as well as children and seniors who have a poor sense of balance. Especially, in case of elderly people with disabilities, we often use trays for meals, considering that there are many problems in each case.

The PushPin Tray is ergonomically designed to fit a person's knee, making it suitable for people who lack balance, as well as those who want to eat outside the kitchen's dining table.

The PushPin Tray is very easy to use because the independent pins work individually, so you do not have to worry about aligning the items on the tray, just keep them up and put them on.
