Bravos fitness is an IOS application that allows you to stay fit and monitor your progress by giving you access to online training group to keep you updated and motivated.
Bravos allows seasoned trainers/coaches to help you along the road to success. It has a rep tracking technology which alerts you of your progress or decline. You can also keep a GIF or visual log of session to analyse your progress or share with your friends and trainers around the globe.

We should exercise steadily for our health. It would be nice to use this app to check the progress of our exercise.

sure everyone wants to stay healthy and fit. And in this regard fitness plans are very necessary. The only issue i see in such app after some trial period they ask for a subscription. we want free coaching :P is it provides free? XD

The application is a very good option for Online training and specially when we don't want to go gym and still willing to have a good Body. It has training option and gif that will help us to understand the correct posture of any exercise.
