Fans.lu is a game art market place which people creates their own goods and can sell them here. There is a 3.5% fee. If you can draw or create something cool stuff you can sell it here to other fans. This can be great option as a present to a gamer.
All you need to do is a creating your own account. You can login there with google+ or your facebook too. There are amazing works so don't forget to check them. Here is a video with some handmade art examples;
