Well VR is getting more and more educational apps. This one seems just like that. It looks like it is for some serious industrial equipment. And those are quite expensive to play around with :). VR can help there a bit.

I think that having more VR applications that introduce safety through VR simulations is a good thing. People have more options to choose from and this competition also pushed the competitors to bring better products to the consumers. The idea of VR for learning health and safety in dangerous working environments is really a genius way of using it's power I find it to be much better then just learning from text book theory, VR Star also takes it much further with team building, unpredictable events and weather conditions.
