Dead Follower is a website that allows you to see how many and which of your followers are inactive by using different metrics.

By using this web site you determine your followers are dead, or inactive, it's based on their recent activity on Steemit.com.

When you have about 1000 followers in Steemit. but sometimes only get votes no more than 1/4% of your followers, you can menggukan this website to analyze how many of your followers are really active.
