Thanks for your hunt. Sadly enough I can not approve it because the Toshiba Portege A30 is too old a laptop model to be considered new. Even LaptopMag has such a disclaimer on its review (which was posted in April 2016).
For products such as laptops to be considered they must be very recent and also run the most recent OS versions (installed).
