I like the design and full-featured set. But there is a catch for the most utility of these things. Which is in this case sold separately. The reason why most people buy these stuff is to get alerted (for real alerts) when really necessary, and just don't get tons of alerts with stuff that isn't real. But, if you think that is going to be free, you are mistaken. =) the AI feature is a paid per usage add-on. Although if you compare with other alarms, and take the Initial cost, it might, in fact, be cheaper. Therefore, long term (very long term) this might compensate for the added quality/technology.
Although, word of advice, the best defence against robbery is invisibility... the less they know, the more you will get unnoticed.
