Hi hunters!
Today i have here another amazing Hungarian innovation: The Biolamp!
This lamp can be placed on the streets as a public light but while it makes a nice look and light on the streets it is also cleaning the air of the highly polluted cities.
But lets dont stop with this small info.
While it cleans the air with algeas and water mixture when the CO2 is mixes with it from that we will have a biomass!
And from that they male a fuel for environmentally friendly vehicles.

This is a nice technology innovation with a lot of potential. Adding functions to street lamps in cities makes sense, using LED lighting makes sense as its much more efficient. Drawing in the air filled with smog and "cleaning" it makes sense, reducing smog and purifying the air. I just wonder about the cost of re-stocking the Alga used in this process, and if the pipe system to remove the bio-mass and convert to bio-fuel will be cost effective. That's a significant amount of extra infrastructure needed in the process. Overall, a very good concept that deserves recognition and further development. Nice Hunt.

Brilliant, coming from an emerging country, i can say that most towns and cities still lack infrastructure such as street lighting. Moreover, rapid economic growth is leading to people owning more two wheelers and cars leading to more pollution, made worse by industrialization. This hunt kills two birds with one shot.

This is an invention that can have a bright future. Pollution is a real danger, especially in bigger cities, this bio lamp can be really helpful.

Its like a giant lava-lamp, and the air-purifying feature is cool, i never heard of it before.
As you know, i live in a village, and we have clean air, but this is very, very useful for all the city people!
