This is open source software that combines several different emulators into one package. Unfortunately it isn't cross-platform (only runs on Mac OS X) but can emulate many game consoles from Atari 2600 to Virtual Boy and bring your backup video game library to life.

Since OpenEmu is open source, some people may port it to Windows or to Linux. I have not had and I have not used Mac OS X so far, and I will probably not have/use it in the future either.
