I've been experimenting with virtual private networks and so far I've hunted two VPN services: one easy to use and one that requires network experience. I've found that SoftEther is the middle of the two extremes. It's not as hard to set up as OpenVPN but has many of the benefits that proXPN's premium service has such as higher bandwidth available. Best of all SoftEther is open source and is available for many different operating systems.
