Something that required people's imagination and creativity will be killed by this application. An may be rightfully so. For most people, this may just be extra effort and knowing what the house will look like before renovation is definitely a sought after idea. I do not think this is unique. Plenty of hunts on sh like this but hopefully this tool is marginally better than others. Good hunt.
