Pros:

  • can help people with insomnia to be extrinsically motivated in sleeping on time and wake up on time.
  • data of sleeping information can be transferred to Apple Health application which helps users analyse the sleeping habits
  • there are a lot of building available to be built which makes user to look forward in accomplishing each buildings and maintaining its structure.
  • it adds a spice to our traditional alarm clock which usually do only ringings

Cons:

  • though the app is really helpful but I guess there are some who can’t still sleep because of looking forward on how was the building will look like until morning hahaha!
  • the application needs cost in subscribing.
  • I still believe in intrinsic motivation, maintaining physical health and mental health, eating the right food and balanced meals, and disciplining self in going to sleep and waking up are still the best ways in fighting insomnia.
