I remained student for 18 years and I worked as a Teacher for 3 years. There is no doubt that actual nurturing of the society is done by the teachers of that society. If, the mentor is great then students will be affected in a positive way for sure. What if, any wrong person come into this field, off course the things will become worst for both the teachers and students. As you mentioned,
