Good initiative for e-governance by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD), but going by the reviews, looks like the user experience is not that great and the app needs lot of improvement. Still good to see such good initiative by the Government.

Yes sir, Modi ji really pushed many transactions and services in to digitalisation. Many departments of government have customer support. Yes, this needs to little bit improved.
