Even though this is cool, I think if we don't "talk" before to the people we match this application, they will be offended, even though they are children. (especially on their mobile devices).
So, the tips before installing this device are to keep telling them that this is for their security.
employee monitoring is another aspect of this useful software we can reduce frauds that occur everyday we can check whether they really are working or just getting salaries . this would be very helpful in my country where government officials are just getting paid for doing nothing they must be monitored and check and balance must be there in order to get freedom from corruption .

"Flexispy" is a monitoring software and after installing it just monitor all the activities done on other device to which it is attached. I understand there might be a need to monitor the calls, texts, mails of family members. However, unless a company is the provider of the phone or computer, it will be a gross infringement on the employees' rights if a spying application is installed on their personal phones or computers.

Yeah as a matter of fact there are things that happening to the children nowadays where the Parents can not get a hold of their child's activities due to the internet revolution and making them get worried in a way while with the app they could really get a hold of their activities and be aware at times necessary. While with more than the official work I liked the way it handled the parental purpose.

I would want this app to be used for investigative purposes but not to track calls and messages of my children, if I am a parent. I also do not want it used to monitor the same activities of employees, whether I am just the employee or the employer. Why? Because everyone has their own privacy and that should be respected. It is even protected by law.
Monitoring to a person is great because you will directly know where he/she is and this can also applied to those people who are unfaithful to their partner. You can spy with them and track them directly. It can also use for the children who are underage to the parents.

Overall, the software gets a good reputation in terms of functionality or installation. The site clearly explains all available features and also offers those that are absent from competitors. It is important, however, to learn about the laws in force to be able to use it legally.
I think this is a great way to monitor your child for example because let's face it there are a lot of creeps outside within the internet and also cyber bullying is very prominent nowadays! I think as long as it monitoring you do with the software it is all good but when it becomes controlling then I think someone might invade someone else's space. Just sharing my opinion, thanks for sharing!

Most people use communication devices for positive purposes but some kids and teen ages not use them properly or positively. If the user are kids then must check and balance for their parents. This is my thinking before read this blog.
Flexispy app is same as my thinking in this scenario. Its purpose is very nice and great. Because there is available to check and monitor of all messages, call and other type communication of children. And also, there is parental control available for parent.

Having this would be very handy if you need to control what happens on the device, or enable safety for children. I am sure there would be a bunch of other things/ways to do it as well, some probably discrete and not noticed by the user, I just haven't had to use anything like that, yet!

Although such products required intelligence to produce but many times such products are being misused.
