With our normal eye we can hardly see lots of stars in the sky. Since hundreds of years people are using telescopes to observe the stars.
eVscope is such a telescope but provides a much stronger picture than most of the normal telescopes. Regarding to the company it is "100x more powerful than normal telescopes".

Of course the eVscope has some special functions like you can connect it with your smartphone. But a completely new thing is the AFD, short for Autonomous Field Detection. With this you can pinpoint stars in the sky in order to get to know the names of them.

There are also negative sides of the project:

• It is still under heavy development so it the earliest one get delivered next year in june.
• The costs for one eVscope are over 1,700 USD.

Cool hunt @supposer !Keep up the interesting hunts! Upvoted & fully approve with eVscope! Had one when I was younger, it fascinated me back then already, it was not as powerful of course though..

Pros:

• With the AFD, you find stars, planets and more (also get their names)
• You are connected via your smartphone and have complete control over it, while being possible to share it directly onto social media
• the quality of the picture you see, is much better than other telescope, much clearer

Cons:

• 1700.00 $ is a huge amount of money
