Yesterday I brought you a Hunt for Gamified Employee Referrals For Hiring Today's Hunt is for you to add yourself as a job seeker where companies can directly look for you skipping that referral thing. Referrals are great too. But when you are coming from the bottom with no connections and want to climb up, direct interaction with those who want to hire you is the best option.
It's Tech Foucused
Having a niche is important and since it is geeks who get into new products first, "Looking 2 Work" is mostly filled with Tech jobs and Marketing and HR. This makes things much easier.
It Has Already Gone Worldwide
Here are four consecutive job seekers I randomly picked out. It turns out that they are are all from different countries.
