Previously, we had a hunter level system that was determined by each user’s score, but this system was too complicated.
I didn't even realize that it was complicated. But then again people get confused with multiple private keys of STEEM.
My understanding is that under the new system an account can acquire a massive load of HUNT Tokens and maintain a User score of 10 while only being a little active. This should really help the price of tokens. It's a great design that reward both user activity and stake. that'show things should be.
