Today it is already a year I started on the steem blockchain. Invited by @manncpt, yesterday I was celebrating with @gexi, @mammasita, @siamcat & @magicmonk the end of the @globalschool program 2018 and pitched the Winter Camp we will launch next year with @bertille-aa.
Among you all so much happenned during this time. This post aims to re-wind the best I've been through with @manncpt, my colleague and friend supporting me from the beginning. Surrounded by amazing people bringing the #globalschool, students, friends, projects and organisations on the #steem #blockchain like @opt2o, @solidarity, @generationeuropa and @silkroad40.
As @wolfgangsieberth was busy in back office work, at the beginning we were only two mentors with @manncpt to externalize the project by reporting it here. Thanks to the encouragments of @nicoletta, @mammasitta and @lizanomadsoul, on December 22th 2017, my incredible journey among you started and much more people joined the initiative.
As the new year began we received a new group. This was our first experiment introducing the steem blockchain and the steemit platform to IT and Economics students. The group was very young, I started to involve them with the various licenses of @creative-commons which enabled them to discover and contribute to the @slothicorn project.
2018 Q1 - first quarter
Launching @globalschool on the steem blockchain, meeting @slothicorn & @ccommons.art & friends. With the support of @alexandravart we launched the ccommons.art private server on discord to onboard the students and connect them with remote mentors.

2018 Q2 - second quarter
Invited to the City Hall by Austria Tech to represent @Silkroad40.
- Cultural program with 1st walks in Vienna on Sundays to welcome the students which are joining to work abroad and reporting with #beautifulsunday;
- Organizing steem meetups & #steemit-austria one year anniversary with Option 2.0 (@opt2o)
- Participation to the TRA2018 with our students and @silkroad40
- Launching the public com-lab server on discord which attracts various influencers

Experimenting cryptoart workshops with @steemshirts at #steemit-austria meetups.
With @manncpt this year we experimented a lot of services to extend the steem ecosystem. For example, we have been launching @Pizzajohn to showcase which kind of services we can provide as communication agency while introducing the steem blockchain to SMEs to reduce their costs in marketing. One of the goals is to encourage them to engage the community and reward their reviews and feedback. Today @pizzajohn is the first pizzeria in Vienna on the steem blockchain.
Launching @silkroad40 with @manncpt experimenting a communication control room for remote explorers with the aim to provide them with agency services. Philipe sent raw data to the control room, data such as pictures and comments processed and published by our team during his trip allowing him to focus on his goals and adventures.

2018 Q4 - fourth quarter
During this year I created +30 accounts to present projects, build them with you and provide our learners with a tool they can use to onboard on the steem ecosystem fast at their arrival. The idea is to train them while they are waiting for their account to be validated.
As we got a lot of students and we never know when their steem account is gonna be active when they are subscribing at their first day with us, I decided to buy with my rewards a serie of accounts to allow our students to experience #cryptoblogging, publish regularly their reports and practice their english skills.
