Selfmade Peanutbutter -Selbstgemachte Erdnussbutter (EN/DE)

230 g of unsalted Peanuts, roasted (or even roasted) +1 pinch of Salt

• 2-3 Tablespoons Oil (Sunflower,- Rape -or Peanut oil) +1 tbsp Honey + 1 tbsp Butter

Just put everything together in the blender and mix.Handmixer is also ok, but it's not that easy. Depending on your needs you can mix finer.

And finished is the homemade natural peanut butter.

230 g ungesalzene Erdnüsse, geröstet (oder selbst rösten) +1 Prise Salz

• 2-3 EL Öl (Sonnenblumen-, Raps- oder Erdnussöl) +1 EL Honig +1EL Butter

Einfach alles zusammen geben in den Mixer und vermixen . Püreestab geht auch , aber es ist nicht so einfach. Je nach belieben kann man feiner mixen.

Und fertig ist die selbstgemachte natürliche Erdnussbutter.
