This looks amazing. It always feels good for the soul and body when we can eat from the land so directly. I am very excited to be in South East England this Winter as their climate allows for things to grow on here that have been put to bed a while ago in my New England garden.

It was so lovely to cut the fresh herbs for cooking the other day and we are determined to get a good nettle soup recipe as there are so many things always available to pick in the hedgerows round here in the countryside.
