RE: Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 02 #02: Spinach Wraps Wild Style - with Elm Leaves, Gingko Nuts, Cherries and More!

Oh Wow! This is AMAZING. II love cooking with foraged food. Thete is something really satisfying about it on a self reliant level. sadly in Australua where I live wild food in this vein is hard unless you live in an old colonial town with lots of European gardens. However, I am still able to find wild fruit trees, nettles, plantain, mallow and a few other things.

I used to use a lot of wild foods in the sux years I lived in England. Sadly the English elms died from a disease. We loved young birch leaves especially. I miss ramsons the most. And the hedgerows full of berries and things. Ah, you are making me nostalgic now.

Did you know that steempeak allows you 5 tags? Try using #naturalmedicine for one... theres a lot of folk in that community that will appreciate this. OH, and #creativecoin too... @torico check this nomminess!!

There's definitely a lot of good eating out there, waiting for us, with the wild plants. Happy foraging - and thanks for the posting tips!
