You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

These coffee I ve been harvest a month ago, after seperate them from hard and smooth skin than dried, now is time to select whic best coffee bean to collects or sell them to market or other colector or small trader in the Kampong.
It should be separate instead of seperate.
