By looking into some commenters' comment logs, it is quite obvious that they are spammers. How come they can still survive from flagging by @steemcleaners?
Perhaps not all have gotten to steemcleaners. I know they have a big list to go through. Once I while I mute some of the new ones appearing so I don't waste bandwidth responding. I don't have time to go through all and report to steemcleaners but I know some people have use this list and check and report and that's also good.

And some of them are spamming their own comments. That's one saddest truth of steemit.
there are some spammers for sure and I use this as information to decide to mute some so as not to waste bandwidthth responding.
