Im not even familiar what are responsibilities of those people. What witness does and what people expect from them?
Anyway I feel very comfortable being where I am :) noone have any expectations so it's very easy to make people happy :)

Yeah... I don't the requirements too but it shouldn't be really expensive and difficult to set up....the main thing is getting people to vote for your witness so that you can get more rewards from the most blocks and in turn sustain your node and effect development on steem
I suggested because am very unsatisfied at most of the current witnesses we have on steem right now

I don't think you would be happy with me too. I only know how to engage with people, make them love me and trust me. I dont think it's enough to be a good witness :)
