Well thanks for the heads up. I admit that in life I learned that usually things that looks to good to be true are false. I still think that in open source platform the mechanism of denying payment should be open to review. If there is a defined mechanism then it sounds ok to me (annoying as it is) but what bothers me is that you imply there is a hidden centralized mechanism here.

I will give you one clue though. Read through the rewads section of high earning wales. If you are curious enough you will find something once you do. let me know..))
