In Pakistan People have different point of views about Valentine. Youngsters like to celebrate it as a lover’s day. Some people say that it is against the teachings of Islam. Some who have modern approach, they say that there is nothing bad in celebrating a day with someone especial in your life. Students comment that it is not a good activity and whole society is responsible for it. Teachers are also liable because students follow their tutors, more than their parents. This celebration includes exchange of flowers in the couples, red blush wearing and small ceremonial gatherings. There are two schools of thoughts regarding it, one who are against it and other who want to enjoy it. Few want to relate it with the culture of the country. The gifts include teddy bear and chocolates. It has also become a trend now. In general speaking, one must have some time for his near ones. We should not be much materialistic in our approach.
