Please be vocal in comments at the least if you feel this bot is causing issues of any kind, not enough people seem to realize the mistakes it makes, flag the bot on the posts it is misused on. The bot had good intentions but it has been running borked for so long.
But what do being on a blacklist mean? @andrianna's account looks normal to me. She can continue to blog. So what's wrong with the blacklist thing?
Okay, I see cheetah is flagging all her posts & comments. Yet she is daring to answer all the comments here. I think instead of answering several comments, she should answer to all in only one comment. This will make here receive only one flag instead of so many flags. Secondly she should too flag cheetah as she too had a good rep score. This may help expedite the creators of the bot to resolve this issue faster.
I never had doubt about her identity. I had first visited this account when she had created the portrait of @sweetsssj. I love her work.

It's not exactly a broken robot, in fact it seems to be running exactly as it's creator wants it to, so it has a broken set of rules and this is the unfortunate outcome.

Steemit does not have one admin. It is more like community. They cannot ban you.
(but they can give big downvotes, try to write safe)

I don't have an opinion on whether or not she should be blacklisted. There was definitely some shadiness going on with the account, the transfer and the material posted by the account.
I do think it is important to remember that being blacklisted doesn't stop anyone from using the site, nor does it stop humans with eyes from voting on her content. In fact, it only stops bot votes that "check" the blacklist.

You are doing quality posts and what has happened to you is not right at all. I honestly believe that those who downvoted have doubts about your account and it is not their fault. Steemit is full of users who use content that is not theirs and those people have to be stopped somehow. You are a real artist and Steemit needs this, I hope to solve this problem.

I just believe Andrianna is right. She may brought the account due to multiple problem from countries. Suppose We try to create an account for our family member and its not working. So for the purpose if we buy a account. It should not be a big problem. The problem from steemit. If steemit solve the account opening problem. in this case we never need to buy it. Me also first time brought steemit guide, etc. From a group. But it's a free account. So I know how it is working. Please remove her from blacklist. People now a day selling the account because. from several countries account opening very difficult. Mobile confirmation code, even done. Never send password, etc. also not way to restore password or resend option So Steemit should solve it. In this case people discourage to buy an account.

There were troubles to get registered from Russia when @andrianna did it (register on steemit, I mean. I know cause a lot of my friends tried and failed). So appeared some kind of a "black business", people coudn't manage to register using their own phone numbers, and the scammers proposed them to buy a ready ones, probably registered on abroad numbers. So the reason why she had to buy an account instead of creating it for free is pretty simple - there was no opportunity to do it. But the reason why bittrex wallet was included is really strange, I never heard about troubles to register there. It seems to me that it can a part of general fraud plan @andrianna and @elenasteem are now suffering from.
As I understand the trouble is even not her identity, but the memo she uses fro withdraw. As I understand it's similar to some other account.
