how can somebody has millions of steem power and did not posted at all or just posted 3 months age before the public lunch , well these people are the one that created the website or has been part of this project somehow and just filled their steem power by a few clicks so then they can make real money (millions of dollars) out of other people work.
Oh yeah we try the get few cents or dollars by spending 16 hours a day watching new posts and upvote them and hope one of them grow or in my case spend hours to create a useful content to upload and then in few minutes its gone to the bottom and no one is going to see it again.
So as i said there are no Whales, Dolphins, and Minnows in steemit, there are only GODS and humans , we have to work hard so the gods make a fortune out of it.
