CASPER is a figure of a very famous cartoon character loved by all the children around the world, this nice, innocent, and unhelpful little ghost character makes CASPER a cartoon character that adheres well in every child's memory until they grow up ...

Casper itself was made by Seymour Reeit and Joe Oriolo around the late 1930. Initially Casper's character and illustrations served as the basis for children's storybooks in 1939. But when Reit took on his military duty, he was killed on the battlefield during World War II. Though the book has not been released. As a result of that event the other Casper character creators Oriolo sold copyright Paramount Pictures in the division of Famous Studios Animation, where the cartoon begun Casper was born.

Casper is described as "The Friendly Ghost", meaning friendly ghost. This cartoon immediately attracted the attention of children in his day. Want to know what Casper's excitement is like?

Good story, cute ghost who has a good personality, friendly and arguably handsome than other ghosts. Ahahahh, Casper even likes to be friends with people and always wants to help every human being affected by disaster!
