I hadn't seen this post till now, your bot is going nuts for the last 2 hours. Can you please throttle this thing at the very least its spamming like crazy right now

I believe it's helpful sometimes and could use a tweak. What if the people who don't want linkbacks showing up in their comments downvote it and the bot remembers the user and never comments on their posts?
