STEEMIT, Edit, Delete, add thumbnail ....etc

hi every one 

I would like if some one help me to understand when & How to :

1- add thumbnail on my post on steemit and upload pictures to steemit server

( if you don't have your own blog or website )

2-until when i can Edit my post on steemit

3- How to delete old post on steemit
