That was a very inspirational post.
You are right, you don't just join, post, and get paid.
It takes quality content consistently to build a large audience of followers,. And positive engagement with the community to earn respect, and trust, then the money will follow.
You can't just come in here strictly for the money,. People see right through that, and if you never post anything original, or even engaging, non-generalized comments, people can tell when your are just full of crap, and you'll never get upvoted.
