I just had a quick look at one of them. A rep 25 account with no posts. With more SP than I could ever dream of! There is something wrong with this system, but hopefully this sell off will go some way towards rebalancing the inbalance of power. After all, it is a new system, and those who got in early got great rewards out of it...

Many such accounts are holding accounts that are used to vote on posts and also used to delegate.
They can be VERY active in the background.
